Hai was born in Bà Rịa, Vietnam on June 24, 1936. She was the third youngest of four children and only daughter of Kinh Diệp and Phương Quân. Growing up, Hai helped her mother manage a mom-and-pop store and successfully ran her own store when she married. She immigrated to the U.S. in March 1979 with her husband, their two daughters, and reunited with their son, who previously immigrated in... Ernest Frederick Hubert Schulzke was born in Toronto, Canada, in the Salvation Army Hospital, on September 28, 1933. He was released from this life on December 6, 2022, at the age of 89.

Frank Price, 83, passed away on Wednesday, December, 21, 2022, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. He was born in Millersville Community, WV, on January 30, 1939, a son of the late Oren Herschel Price and Lillian Barker Price. He is also survived by his sister, Alberta Harris of Bridgeport, WV and was preceded in death by his sister Freda Kane and brother, Bill Price. Frank worked at Mon Power for 42 years in various positions including Display, Educational Service Representative, and Economic Development. He enjoyed teaching how “Electricity is Made” to 6th graders in the Mon Power territory.
